Ambient Indoor Quality Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support healthy indoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, HVAC systems, and construction sites to identify potential areas of concern.
- Collect and analyze samples using approved protocols to assess indoor environmental quality.
- Use moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect potential areas of concern, such as mould or water damage.
- Document findings and prepare comprehensive inspection reports to communicate technical information effectively.
- Assist in developing remediation and prevention plans in collaboration with environmental engineers or remediation teams.
- Educate clients on risks and recommended actions to mitigate indoor environmental issues.
Requirements:
- A diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Building Inspection, Occupational Health, or a related field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in indoor environmental quality or mould inspection is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly are essential.
