Learn more at .**Meet the Team**Join a collaborative and driven Procurement team that plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We're passionate about building strong vendor relationships, improving purchasing processes, and ensuring every transaction reflects excellence and integrity. You'll work alongside talented professionals across departments to create efficiency, deliver value, and make a measurable impact every day.**Responsibilities*** Navigating the Materials Management (MM) procurement module in SAP with confidence and precision.* Managing and supporting vendor setup and maintenance to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.* Reviewing and processing vendor requests, purchase orders, change orders, and cancellations.* Collaborating with internal teams to verify and collect required documentation.* Providing credit references to new vendors and supporting vendor relationships.* Guiding business groups on SAP purchasing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.* Developing and maintaining training materials to support continuous learning and improvement.* Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies, maintaining data integrity, and conducting quarterly self-audits.* Identifying and recommending cost-saving initiatives to enhance value and operational excellence.**Skills You Will Need***Minimum Qualifications** Associate degree or some college coursework in Purchasing, Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field or two years of purchasing or administrative experience.* Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.* Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.* High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and commitment to data accuracy.* Comfortable engaging with team members at all levels and external partners across the globe.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for identifying improvements and driving results.*The following qualifications will be considered a plus:** Proficiency with SAP, especially the Materials Management procurement module, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.* Hands-on experience with Workday, Tableau, Salesforce, or logistics systems.* Experience designing and delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtual.**Benefits & Perks:**Not only will you be joining a highly skilled and tight-knit team where every engineer makes a significant impact on the product; we also strive for good work/life balance and to make our environment welcoming and fun.* Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)* Medical and dental insurance coverage including spouse and child(ren)* Bi yearly health screening and flu vaccination* Office location is above Tai Seng MRT station#LI-Hybrid#LI-DK1*Silicon Labs is an equal opportunity employer and values the diversity of our employees.
