Involve in project to ensure smooth flow of Project materials by coordinating with the various disciplines / trades in Production and Supporting Department.
- Provide daily updates on the material status for both Client FIM and DM purchased items in Material Status Report.
- Manage the utilization of surplus materials prior raising any Purchase Request (PR).
- Evaluate MTO from Engineering and Production to ensure all information is aligned and captured.
- Familiar with project material specifications (latest revision) / requirements such as approved vendor list (AVL), country of restrictions if any Etc.
- Highlight in purchase requisitions (PR) on any specific requirements by clients to avoid discrepancies.
- Prepare material status report (MSR) for MMC lead review. And update periodically.
- Raise Technical Query (TQ) for material substitution and non-approved vendor acceptance.
- Raise Job Confirmation Sheet for redundant materials found in MTO revision.
- Prepare material offcut list based on MTO quantity and cross check with site offcut list from supervisor

**Job Requirement**
- NITEC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Have knowledge in E&I items such as - E&I Support Material, Cable and Cable Gland, Cable Tray, Ladder and Accessories, Earthing Material, Lighting Fixture, Tubing, Preservation Materials
- Prefer with JDE software experience and AutoCad skills
