Position Summary The manager oversees one or more homogeneous teams, aligning department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and operational goals. Job Responsibilities Manage overall service fulfillment in APAC, including spare parts and field services delivery. Achieve service revenue and margin KPIs. Enhance field service team proficiency across HMH product lines. Improve field support capabilities on rigs. Create innovative commercial solutions and identify new income sources. Maintain high field service utilization. Ensure timely submission of inspection reports and invoices. Maintain readiness and availability of field engineers in the region. Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining the 48-hour delivery commitment for spare parts. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 12 years relevant experience. Experience: Minimum 7 years at a professional level, including 2 years in management, with knowledge of drilling equipment functions, disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, strategic planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
