Job description:
Job Summary
Reporting to Group Rewards Manager, you will provide support in the delivery of the Group Rewards initiatives, programs and policies are reviewed and implemented in a sustainable manner.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Group Rewards initiatives.
Provide analysis and research to support the execution of total rewards processes and solutions that align with business direction.
Support in Job Architecture deployment plan and benefits review.
Assist in the conduct of benchmarking, trend analyses and recommendations.
Able to analyze and provide data insight & trend for decision making.
Responsible for project and operational support on Group Rewards projects and operational requests.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
1-3 years of experience in the compensation and benefits administration or related roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
