Job Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving business growth through acquiring new clients and maintaining positive relationships with existing ones. Your primary goal is to source, screen, and interview candidates to meet client recruitment needs across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong client base through business development activities.
  • Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are consistently met.
  • Select high-quality candidates who match client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, ensuring seamless integration of all tasks.
Key Requirements:
  • Certified in employment intermediary (CEI) or equivalent with significant recruitment sales experience.
  • Prior experience in tele-marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
