Job Opportunity

Take on a challenging role as an Offshore Operations Manager with our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our modular drilling rig. Your main goal will be to ensure that all obligations arising from contracts with clients are executed flawlessly and in compliance with company operational guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management : Handle the execution of drilling operations offshore, ensuring timely and accurate nomination of ship/cargo date ranges to meet time objectives.
  • Contract Compliance : Ensure that all contract obligations are met, adhering to company operational guidelines.
  • Supply Chain Management : Manage supply and delivery/loading schedules with internal and external counterparties, optimizing processes while ensuring compliance.
  • Cargo Inspection : Nominate inspection companies for cargo quality and quantity controls, ensuring consistency in results.
  • Storage Management : Manage storage locations, including preservation reconciliations.
  • Post-Deal Activities : Carry out post-deal activities such as operational end of job report, ensuring necessary information is communicated in good time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Academic Background : Hold strong academic credentials with a numeracy-oriented specialization.
  • Operational Experience : Possess significant experience in a modular drilling rig environment and multi-commodity operational management.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Proficiency in handling daily reporting and documentation, inspection activities, letters of credit (LC), demurrage management, and storage management.
  • Commodity Knowledge : Good knowledge of commodity and rig operations, including capacities and safe work practices.
  • Communication : Full command of the English language (written and spoken).
