Marine Operations Specialist

The role of Marine Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing various aspects of vessel charters, dynamic positioning assurance, diving system assurance, and project management.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commanding DP 2/DP 3 diving support vessels (minimum 5 years) with knowledge of ROV, survey, IRM, and offshore construction operations. They must also be familiar with class, flag, and client rules and regulations.

A strong understanding of operational and technical management for DP offshore support vessels is required, including knowledge of codes, standards, and guidelines published by IMCA, MTS, and OCIMF. The candidate should also have expertise in developing and implementing decision support tools such as activity-specific operating guidelines (ASOG).

Familiarity with HEMP/HAZID processes is necessary, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and make proactive decisions.

The successful candidate will hold a Master Mariner SCTW Certificate of Competency Class One (Unlimited). This role requires a strong focus and work ethic, with a willingness to travel overseas and offshore.
