1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of HSSE Coordinator;
2) Minimum 13 years experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;
3) Minimum 3 years experience working offshore as HSSE Coordinator;
4) Responsible for coordinating HSSE process, activities and HSE Team on board the Operational Unit as well as liaise with Offshore Leadership Team with focus on enhancing the Safety Culture and compliance with management system;
5) Coordinate the deliveries of the Safety Technicians and Nurses / Medics and make sure they are within the desired / expected quality;
6) Provide necessary coaching to the HSE Team offshore, enhancing HSE culture and prioritizing the activities which are really important;
7) Demonstrate the safety leadership by performing worksite visits and influencing people providing constructive and/or positive feedbacks whenever necessary;
8) Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
9) Experience with Offshore is preferred;
10) Experience with FPSO is preferred;
11) Required availability to move to Brazil and work offshore for the FPSO operation;
12) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;
13) Immediate availability preferred;
14) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
15) Availability to move to Brazil.
