The Energy Project Manager Offshore Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe management of offshore energy projects. This position involves leading high-performing offshore teams, coordinating logistics, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional offshore teams to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinating logistical operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in offshore operations, logistics, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and industry regulations within the energy sector.
- Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel and work independently.
- Background in renewable energy projects is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
