In this Role, you'll get to: Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that form the market strategy and help with market growth. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency Monitor campaign performance and generate data and insights to discover new opportunities and points for improvement. Support alternative business model advancement and multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams. Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics for assessment. Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification. Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions. Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from a data-driven perspective. What you'll Need to Succeed: Proven experience in extracting data-driven insights and delivering actionable business recommendations through clear and compelling presentations—not just dashboards. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments. Strong proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional approach and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Possesses a growth mindset with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies across acquisition, upselling, and retention. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis. Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and BigQuery SQL. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Business.
