Service Equipment Maintenance Professional

Service Specialist Role
Provide equipment maintenance and repair services at customer locations according to established procedures.
Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to achieve service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
- Install, commission, calibrate, and test equipment at customer sites.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with service delivery.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
- Meet individual and departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues through effective teamwork.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to clients and their staff on equipment operation and usage.
Requirements:
- Candidates with an ITE diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- 3 years' experience in field service for industrial equipment. We welcome applications from fresh graduates.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
