Equipment Servicing and Maintenance Professional

Job Overview:
Servicing and Maintenance ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Servicing and Maintenance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality servicing and maintenance services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedules, ensuring that the systems under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%.
- To provide ad-hoc remedial repair services as required by customers, meeting desired Service Levels expected from them/site assigned.
- To conduct pre-delivery inspections on equipment prior to delivery, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
- To maintain customer install base records accurately and efficiently.
- To handle customer enquiries, feedback, or suggestions in a professional manner.
- To troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
- To service and repair equipment according to established procedures.
- To complete tasks assigned successfully and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the related industry.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office/CAD/Basic programming etc.).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
