Equipment Maintenance Leader

Lead equipment troubleshooting and maintenance services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team to develop and prioritize maintenance schedules and plans.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

  • Manage emergency and urgent maintenance work orders, ensuring prompt response and resolution.

  • Deliver high-quality results through accurate data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with operation planning and scheduling to perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with Divisional Work Order Procedure requirements.

  • Develop training needs for maintenance contractors and team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to execute tasks effectively.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to Maintenance Senior Associates and Associate Engineers.
