About This Team The team is responsible for the flow of all products to stores and to the hands of our guests (ecom), delivering timely, efficient and cost‐effective operations complying with company policies such as finance, inventory control, accounting, asset protection and data security. This position is based out of Singapore, reporting to the Asia Fulfillment Senior Manager, and involves developing and managing 3rd‐party logistics supplier‐operated distribution centers for omni‐channel fulfillment within ASEAN. Responsibilities Own the responsibility for all aspects of DC operations, including inbound receiving, outbound distribution, store pullback, and value‐added service for products and non‐merchandise fulfillment to all channels. Drive and monitor logistics flow to achieve speed to market, supporting other business functions to enhance customer satisfaction across channels. Safeguard procedures (SOPs), identify problems and quickly resolve them. Build cross‐functional collaboration with inbound logistics, trade and compliance, product, digital, retail, IT within SEA Store Support Center (SSC) and APAC counterparts. Share operational knowledge related to DC and logistics with store managers, retail and other teams to improve efficiency. Maintain and execute effective operation control and performance indexes against logistics partners. Participate in monthly performance reviews with our 3rd‐party DC partners, reporting performance and communicating SLA gaps to key stakeholders. Establish best practices and methodology with logistics partners for continuous improvement in operation efficiency, speed market and cost effectiveness across all lululemon DCs in Singapore. Manage and develop the team, engaging them in problem solving and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Prepare annual DC operating budget and capital requests, communicating forecasts and changes efficiently with internal parties and logistics partners. Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy, both physically and system-wise. Proactively identify risks and create contingency plans to minimize impact under unanticipated circumstances. Ensure compliance between operations and company standards or legal requirements. Provide a work environment that is upbeat, fun, and inspiring. Other duties and projects may be assigned. Qualifications Degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in self‐managed or 3PL bonded distribution center and logistics operations, preferably in apparel retail. Deep market intelligence and lean thinking concept and implementation. Solid understanding of all aspects of enterprise management system, especially in RMS. Excellent time management, planning and organization skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; experience of leading a team preferred. Good team spirit and proactive personality, hands‐on. Clear communication skills to inspire, motivate and provide cross‐functional leadership. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with WMS software and retail systems). Ability to think "outside of the box," enjoy challenges and be solutions‐oriented. Good command of spoken and written English.
