Senior Distribution Executive

**Role Purpose & Accountability**

Responsible for the management of all Distribution channels within the TMK Asia business including but not limited to: Strategic Brokers, Coverholders and Key Trading Partners.

Working closely with the MD of TMK Singapore, Group Head of Distribution and Regional Underwriting Director to align local activity to the TMK Distribution Strategy.

Accountable for implementing the TMK Distribution Strategy including but not limited to:

- Broker & Coverholder Account Management
- Broker Opportunity analysis inc. Portfolio analysis, Pipelining & SOW insight
- Coverholder Optimization
- Promotion and externalization of TMK Underwriting Strategy & Appetite
- Competitors and Peer analysis inc. Thought Leadership
- New and Emerging distribution trends

Working closely with External Partners and Internal stakeholders across London and Singapore to deliver the above whilst adopting the TMK Distribution priorities:

- Increase the usage of/and structure around data and analytics
- Embed the Distribution strategy into the TMK UW Departments
- Ensure that all Distribution activity is aligned to the delivery of TMK business plan and long-term

underwriting strategy.

This role includes responsibility for:

- Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with strategic brokers, Coverholders and

key TMK trading partners
- Managing and owning the day-to-day distribution strategy, action plans and growth targets for

agreed strategic business partners ensuring all deliverables / strategic aims are met
- Fully documenting and understanding the composition of strategic brokers books and identifying

areas for collaboration / better alignment of appetite
- Roll out of TMK Strategic Pipelining process using both London and Singapore broker data
- Centrally organizing and monitoring senior connectivity with strategic brokers, ensuing that the right

people are facing off to each other
- Co-ordinating activity with London Distribution team to share best practice and support

international/APAC specific opportunities.
- Identifying new local market opportunities and developing business cases / opportunity analysis for

consideration
- Assisting in the negotiation of local agreements (where required)
- Working closely with the Singapore and London underwriting teams to maximize opportunities

within strategic brokers, coverholders and key trading partners
- Developing strategic / ad hoc analysis / reports on local distribution market trends with

recommendations to regional executive team
- Developing proposals for new broker / distribution opportunities

**Technical Requirements**:

- Ability to schedule and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage and lead multi area / cross product strategic projects
- Ability to analyze data and share relevant outputs with stakeholders
- Production of accurate data reports
- Knowledge of underwriting systems to allow for flexible approach to reporting
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
