**_Role and Responsibilities
- **
- Prepare regular tracking report for tactical incentive, contract maintenance,

persistency, performance, promotion and redesignation, and awards.
- Conduct and monitor cancellation from inception (CFI), lapsation, or early termination

of policy(ies)
- Manage, monitor, and provide regular report on ROP
- Extract and acquire data from product providers in accordance to business rules and

tabulate into required production and report.
- Provide a regular production report update and tracking/monitoring of the financing

scheme.
- Manage appeals and provide quantitative and qualitative information to assist the

Distribution Team in appeal assessment.
- Provide requirements for system, review requirements, create test plan, perform UAT

and post deployment verification.
- Support Distribution Team with the required production report for their business

planning and engagement to the agency.
- Ensure timely dissemination of reports with high accuracy to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professionalism and good working relationship with all

stakeholders at all times.
- Assist superior in adhoc projects or assignments

**Requirements**:

- Min. diploma holder, FI experience preferred
- New graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging

people at all levels.
- High level of organisation and attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Comfort with multi-tasking in an evolving environment
