The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients. The investment management business currently manages ~SGD 2 billion of AUM on behalf of institutional investors, with strong aspirations for growth within the region.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to stakeholders
Manage document control systems and workflows
Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of construction works contracts and related documentation
Track and manage supplies and materials received on site, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
Administer payments to subcontractors in alignment with project milestones and contractual terms
Facilitate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by maintaining relevant documentation and supporting site teams
Serve as the primary contact point for site administrative operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, practices, and applicable regulations
Support internal and external communications, including technical documentation and reporting
About You
Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Comprehensive experience in a similar role or financial administration within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
Knowledge of company policies, practices, and personnel to effectively carry out responsibilities
Technical skills to support the delivery of internal and external communications
