Job Description
Ensure all SOPs and PNPs are adhered to and carried out based on organization standards.
Preparation of arrival guest, tip top room inspection and extend personalized checks in and checks out.
Perform good and pleasant customer skill with internal and external guest.
Welcome guest on arrival and assist them during their stay which includes enquiries (e.g. local attraction / dining reservation) and feedback.
Perform check-out and other cashiering tasks accurately and ensure cashier work are tallies before end of shift.
Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of the entire Club Lounge.
Ensure Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail period at the Club Lounge is being set up before scheduled time.
Check inventories and requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to Club Lounge set-up area as required.
Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Good problem-solving skills on guest’s feedback and escalate to the next inline if is beyond your empowerment.
Able to train and guide newly onboarding colleagues and process good leadership skills.
Execute tasks as instructed by Acting Assistant Front Office Manager/Director of Rooms.
