Job Title: Destination Experience Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Destination Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging hotel and ticket bookings for inbound travelers from Japan to Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arranging hotel and ticket bookings for inbound travelers from Japan to Singapore.
  • Planning and designing tours for customers.
  • Communicating with sales representatives in Japan via email and phone.
  • Conducting site inspections of booked arrangements as needed.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language (N1 level) to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Basic proficiency in PC operation, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for travel and high motivation.
