Job Description
· Attend to walk-in customers
· Respond to customers’ enquiries, messages and email promptly and professionally
· Manage collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
· Handle students’ enrolment, refund and discontinuation matters
· Schedule classes for teachers
· Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers
· Follow up with customers to resolve issues and concerns
· Maintain outlet stationery and pantry supplies
· Support daily centre operations
· Other admin duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification & Experience
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent people management and teamwork
· Customer service oriented & able to work on weekends
