Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

  • Manage, organise and coordinate hearings and corporate events (including but not limited to physical, virtual or hybrid cases and events), ensuring all front-line duties, readiness of facilities and technology for each event/hearing are handled efficiently and according to client requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences that meet the Organisation's standards, aiming for high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Manage client enquiries and deliver exemplary service leading to excellent customer experience and retention, maintaining zero complaint and brand standards.
  • Attend to enquiries, feedback and complaints and all related matters.
  • Conduct site tours of the facilities for potential clients and guests, highlighting amenities, services, and the value of the Organisation's facilities.
  • Integrate sustainability practices within customer relations operations, promoting eco-friendly options and waste-reduction strategies.
  • Assist in the development and management of Maxwell's online booking system to improve client access and streamline processes by supporting the collection and analysis of customer relations data, contributing insights for departmental improvements.
  • Support the department with additional duties as assigned, helping meet broader customer relations objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Management
  • 2 years of Customer Relations, Sales and Marketing or Administration experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • Self-starter and initiative driven
  • Able start work immediately would be preferred
