1. Project Management Coordinate and deliver events from initial brief through to on‐site execution and project close‐out Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Attend client meetings, site recces, and technical planning sessions Support or lead project budgeting, quotations, and cost monitoring Ensure smooth execution of event operations 2. Operational Planning Coordinate crew and operators Manage logistics eg. venue, scheduling, transport arrangements etc Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials and services required for project Supervise on‐site setup and teardown, ensuring smooth event execution 3. Documentation and Compliance Manage administrative requirements, including applications and organization of relevant documents eg. permits, invoices, agreements, schedules etc Submit required certificates, permits, and supporting documents pre‐ and post‐project Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures onsite 4. Team Collaboration & Support Liaise with internal teams, venues, vendors, and third‐party contractors to ensure smooth execution Assist with vendor sourcing and paperwork coordination Support warehouse and equipment maintenance where necessary 5.
