**The Administrative Assistant will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to the management and events teams. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating event logistics such as venue bookings, vendor communication, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update databases, client records, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members and clients when needed.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support event execution and team activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in events, hospitality, or marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours event needs or urgent tasks.
