Country HR Director
will play a pivotal role in leading their HR operations in Singapore, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business goals, and supporting the overall development of their workforce. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
Drive the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Build and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Learning & Development: Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and high performance through engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: Develop and manage robust systems to evaluate, reward and improve employee performance.
HR Policy Management: Create, review, and enforce policies that align with the organization’s goals and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations and Organizational Development
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Administrative Management
Lead the administration team to ensure seamless office operations and resource management.
Optimize administrative policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
Safety and Security
Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees and customers.
Oversee security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive initiatives to improve workplace safety standards.
Leadership and Team Development
Mentor and develop the HR, admin and safety teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and policy management.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in managing administrative, safety, and security functions is an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
