Key Responsibilities Regulatory Submissions Management Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain a thorough understanding of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information for submissions. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for submission-related matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities to facilitate the approval process. Address queries and provide additional information or clarifications as requested by regulatory bodies. Documentation and Compliance Ensure all submission documents are complete, accurate, and meet the required standards. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all submission records, approvals, and correspondence. Monitor changes in regulations and ensure projects comply with the latest requirements. Project Coordination and Reporting Collaborate with project teams to align submission timelines with overall project schedules. Track the progress of submissions and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Identify potential risks or delays in the submission process and propose solutions to mitigate them. Process Improvement Evaluate current submission processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement best practices for managing authority submissions across projects. Qualifications Diploma in Engineering or a related field. 1 year of experience in regulatory submissions or a similar role. Experience working with government agencies or regulatory bodies e.g. LTA, PUB, NParks, URA etc. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
