About the Role
Join us as Client Relationship ManagerResponsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.Responsibilities:
To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets through collaboration with internal and external parties.
To articulate AIA's proposition to develop new avenue of business & retention of accounts.
To build and develop existing relationship with intermediaries.
To ensure renewal invitations are issued within 6-8 weeks prior to expiry and timely follow up on negotiations and placement.
Day-to-day account management to ensure accounts are serviced appropriately. This includes timely responses especially on issues and co-ordination between internal departments, clients, intermediaries, TPAs.
Regular intermediary visitations, meetings wherever required.
Identify process improvements to achieve efficiency.
Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with relevant departments to manage projects.
Customer servicing and resolution management.
Work with all departments in Corporate Solutions as well as other Enterprise divisions.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder.
At least 5 years related Industry Experience.
Microsoft office & Powerpoint Skills.
Certifications/licenses - HI, M5 and M9, M9 A, BCP, PGI, Com GI.
