Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, design, promotion, and management of centralized exchange trading products (e.g., Spot, Future), ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
Perform user and market research to understand user needs within crypto exchange space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor market performance of the blockchain products, conduct product optimization through data analysis.
Regularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.
Participate in new product development initiatives and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a strong interest and passion for blockchain industry
Proven track records in product and project management
In-depth financial products (future/option/spot) knowledge preferred
A keen sense of industry trends and user needs in Blockchain, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
Possess strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data insights to guide product improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
