About The Role – Senior Director Of Business Development
The Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for creating meaningful relationships with individuals who are ready to step into growth. You'll guide them through a strategic, consultative process that helps align their goals with our suite of leadership and development offerings.
This role emphasizes quality over volume. It is ideal for professionals who are energized by intentional conversations and who have a natural ability to communicate value in a sincere, compelling way.
Your Key Focus Areas

• Proactively engage with qualified prospects across professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and others
• Lead insightful conversations that assess goals, challenges, and timing
• Share relevant program information and guide individuals through a considered decision process
• Utilize systems such as Zoom, CRM tools, and email to manage communication and track progress
• Collaborate with peers in a professional, values-driven environment focused on long-term success
• Monitor personal performance and continuously refine approach through feedback and training

• 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, client success, or strategic sales
• A clear, professional communication style (written and spoken English required)
