Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

  • Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide information on facilities and event space bookings, offering personalized assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility bookings and coordinate with teams for follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Provide on-site event support, including registration, ushering, and basic AV set-up, delivering high-quality experiences for our members and guests.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for logistics arrangements, fostering strong relationships and efficient collaboration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and lounge areas, adhering to high standards of presentation and maintaining a pleasant environment.
  • Restock and organize pantry supplies and co-working amenities, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Monitor clubhouse rules to ensure a pleasant environment, upholding the values and principles that underpin our community.
  • Perform daily closing duties such as shutting down systems and securing premises, guaranteeing the safety and security of our members and assets.
  • Report incidents, member feedback, and maintenance issues to teams, facilitating open communication and prompt resolution.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or reception roles is preferred, but not essential.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with strong communication skills, is essential for success in this position.
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments are highly sought after.
  • Comfortable with basic AV or event set-up tasks, training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
