An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Service Desk and Asset Specialist at the Australian International School If you are passionate about making a positive impact and are driven by growth and development, this role is perfect for youPosition Senior Service Desk and Asset Specialist Requirements At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience working with school-based or related enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to think creatively and identify technical issues for effective resolution is important. A high standard of customer service skills is necessary. Intermediate knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Google Workspace for Education and Google Admin platforms. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks under pressure, and experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Knowledge of JAMF and/or Microsoft Intune is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to provide support for the following: Microsoft Windows 10 and later Apple iOS Apple macOS Microsoft Office 365 application suite Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)IT hardware support for both Apple and Windows devices Qualifications Diploma or degree in IT related discipline Min 3 years experience in a similar role.
