Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Public Relations Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for managing public and resident enquiries, feedback, and concerns related to ongoing project works.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling and resolving complaints professionally, escalating issues to senior staff when needed.
  • Accompany senior staff on site visits to engage with residents and stakeholders and record feedback accurately.
  • Help draft and distribute communication materials such as circulars, flyers, and letters to inform stakeholders of project updates and schedules.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for the Project Management Team in liaising with residents, government agencies, and other parties.
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person queries under the guidance of the senior PRO.
  • Assist in scheduling inspections and appointments between residents and relevant teams (e.g., Building Service Centre).
  • Update and maintain records in the defect management system, ensuring that follow-ups and rectifications are tracked.
  • Help compile basic reports (weekly/monthly) and summaries for internal coordination and reporting.
  • Support in preparing simple work schedules for subcontractors and assist in monitoring the progress of rectification works to minimize resident inconvenience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Duties may require the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. Must be able to work well in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service or administration and possess excellent organizational skills. They must also have proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite.

Professional certification in public relations or a related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
