Job Title: Public Relations Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing public relations issues and general project queries with residents effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute informative circulars to keep residents and stakeholders updated on project activities.
  • Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement in residential flats.
  • Craft and coordinate public relations initiatives aligned with project objectives, including advance notices and information dissemination.
  • Maintain a timely response to public feedback, ensuring all complaints are addressed promptly.
  • Nurture positive relationships with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders by arranging site visits to address concerns.
  • Support the department in various duties and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of GCE 'O' Level qualification (or equivalent).
  • Skills: Good communication skills (verbal and written), PC literacy, knowledge in MS Office, positive working attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience: Preferably relevant working experience on past projects or experience in the Building Construction Industry.
