Job Description We are seeking a motivated and personable Part‑Time Sales Representative to promote our products, maintain strong client relationships, and explore new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and selling points. Identify, prospect, and engage new clients through various channels. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure product displays are up to standard. Actively seek out new sales opportunities to drive growth. Submit a concise weekly report on activities and results. Other Key Responsibilities (from other sources): Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies. Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and quality of products and services. Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports and forecasts. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Sales experience in IT office automation, printing, IT services, maritime, industrial products, or similar industries is an advantage. Initiativeness and a drive for excellence in a dynamic environment. Track record of achieving set objectives. IT savvy and possess own vehicle preferred. Passionate about engaging with customers and providing excellent service. Experience in recruitment agency business development or staffing industry (if applying to recruitment role). Certified in CEI/KAH is a must for recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results‑oriented mindset, excellent organization, and willingness to travel.
