Job Description
Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Executive Host . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills. As an Executive Host, you will be the face of our organization, representing us to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and other arrival arrangements.
- Provide personalized support to guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
- Assist with Paiza Membership enrollment and management, ensuring seamless experiences for our members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, working closely with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, and other departments as needed.
- Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests, showcasing the various amenities and services available.
- Work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, adapting to changing schedules as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 'N' levels, 'O' levels, 'A' levels or Diploma holders.
- Prior experience in a Hospitality or Customer Service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
