Inside Sales Executive

Singapore automation Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly financial (sales targets) and non financial KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, electronics, or technical products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with brands like ABB, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Yaskawa, Omron, etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industries like oil & gas, FMCG, manufacturing, marine and offshore, pharmaceuticals, etc. is a plus.
