Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of accounts;
Liaise with external parties for secretarial, audit and taxation related matters;
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations;
Prepare various financial data analysis reports to support management decision-making process;
Provide overall guidance, mentorship and oversee professional growth of the Finance Team;
Responsible for payroll-related duties including attendance record in Time Management System and Overtime tabulation;
Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports such as GST, OED, IRAS Auto-Inclusion, etc;
Identify and submit relevant business grant applications;
Support Departmental Head to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of various digitalisation systems across departments.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
Ability to delegate duties and lead;
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
Proficient with MS Office;
Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;
Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
