To lead and support the Demand Planning function by overseeing forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless execution of PSI and S&OP processes.
Job Description & Requirements
Supervise and guide Demand Planners in weekly/monthly PSI reporting and analysis
Ensure the alignment with all stakeholders through the Moving plan and collaborative planning process.
S&OP Process Ownership
Support Demand Planners ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, SCM, and Finance
Drive resolution of Demand supply gaps and escalate critical issues with action plans
KPI Monitoring & Performance Management
Track and analyze KPI such as MP Accuracy, Sell-Out Achievement, DIO, Aging Inventory
Identify underperforming models and drive corrective actions with relevant teams
Publish and review PSI KPI dashboards with stakeholders
Strategic Inventory & Lifecycle Management
Oversee EOL/NPI transition planning using historical trends and seasonality
Monitor long-term inventory and DIO to optimize healthy stock levels
Collaborate with factories and HQ to optimize shipment plans to supply
Export Market Support
Guide Demand Planners to validate export forecasts and to do alignment with factory for timely shipments
Process Improvement & System Enhancement
Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for automation, system upgrades, or workflow optimization.
Provide training and onboarding support for new team members or system changes
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS office and forecasting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Leadership and mentoring skills to develop junior planner
