Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our front of house team as well as drive our marketing and events initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both hospitality and creativity, and is looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing warm and attentive service to guests, ensuring a great dining experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant. They will also be responsible for managing our social media channels, planning and executing monthly events, and working closely with the team to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and interacting with followers
  • Plan and execute monthly events, including chef collaborations, wine nights, and creative showcases

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or marketing is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Creative and organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Familiarity with social media trends and content creation, with a proven track record of success
