We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our bakery team. As a Junior Baker, you'll assist in the production of high-quality baked goods, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
Baking and Production:
Assist in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Quality Control:
Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Taste and inspect products to ensure consistency and quality.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and minimize delays.
Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or related role is an advantage, but not required.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
No specific qualifications required, but a certificate or diploma in baking is an advantage.
