We are currently at an exciting stage of growth and looking for an additional Consultant to join our delivery team onsite in Singapore. Responsibilities Actively source and qualify candidates through networking, database and LinkedIn searching. Identify, develop and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients in the market. Manage clients' needs and expectations Work to improve recruitment efficiency About you Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Understanding of contract recruitment A broad understanding of technology Prior experience recruiting within the enterprise applications space e.g Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce is preferred. General business acumen Excellent verbal communications skills Target driven or goal oriented Able to meet strict deadlines Mid career switchers without prior experience in recruitment, but with some experience in sales or consulting may apply.
