About the role,

We're looking for a senior recruitment consultant. With some experience in various industries to be able to adapt to different industries' requirements as well as to work with the founder team to generate new processes and policies for the recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

- Summarise and present this shortlist in a clear and concise manner for our clients
- Provide feedback and suggest solutions from a recruitment consultant's perspective.

Experience required,
- At least 5 years in the recruitment industry

Qualifications and skills,
- Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various job portals.
- Effective communicator with interpersonal skills.
