The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service ( ) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full-time roles in the sector. This traineeship offers an opportunity for exposure to digital audit, compliance, and crisis management within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and proposing improvements to digital audit platforms, data analytics frameworks, and automated compliance systems
Conducting risk assessments, validating crisis response mechanisms, and managing contracts and grants
Working with cutting-edge technologies, including predictive analytics, automated monitoring, and real-time data visualization
Developing critical competencies in data analysis, regulatory compliance, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in accountancy, business administration, economics, banking & finance, information systems, data analytics, or related disciplines
Mid to advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proven team leadership and people management experience
