Our client, a global bank, is looking to fill the role of Loan Control & Reporting Specialist for their Loan Operations Department. The Loan Control & Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of loan operations and associated reporting.
Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance with internal policies, loan agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues to ensure operational integrity.
Prepare and deliver detailed loan-related reports, including outstanding balances, overdue accounts, and loan portfolio performance.
Generate regulatory and management reports in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Conduct regular reconciliations between internal systems and external records to ensure data accuracy.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in loan administration, credit control, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of loan products, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
