Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and post-accident assistance
- Coordinate with clients on repair works, progress updates, and related schedules
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
Administrative Duties
- Ensure timely filing of accident reports
- Prepare notices for insurance companies
- Manage email correspondences
- Maintain and update the client database
Requirements
- GCE "N"/"O" Level, ITE, or Diploma holders (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
