Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for the automotive industry?
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and satisfactory completion of repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Accurately document and explain recommended services, repairs, and their benefits to customers.
- Provide transparent estimates for repair costs and timelines, ensuring customer trust.
- Follow up proactively with customers to update them on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient repairs.
- Promote service and value-add offers (e.g. maintenance packages, car body care services) to drive revenue growth.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
- Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems.
- Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
- Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player.
