Automotive Customer Experience Manager

The primary goal of this role is to manage and oversee the day-to-day aftersales customer service operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough customer experience surveys to analyze feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring all issues are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to implement long-term solutions and drive service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive customer service policies, standards, and best practices.
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in the automotive industry, exhibit strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance methodologies, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and display strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage customer relations.
