Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist cum admin assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Perform data entry tasks (finance and non-finance related)
  • Collate data and statistics from surveys
  • Photocopy, scan, fax, and file documents
  • Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as required
  • Provide support during ad-hoc school activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English
  • At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist
  • Prior general administration experience in a school environment is an advantage
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break)
Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
