With a strong focus on improving healthcare accessibility and affordability, BUZUD works closely with partners, healthcare professionals, and consumers to deliver trusted solutions. Position Overview We are seeking Customer Service Officers to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner. Provide product knowledge and technical guidance on BUZUD medical devices, including CGMS and other healthcare solutions. Assist customers with order placement, returns, warranties, and after-sales support. Manage service requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines. Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to coordinate solutions. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Support retail activities, roadshows, and in-store customer service initiatives when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection (PDPA), and healthcare regulations. Contribute to customer service improvement projects and SOP development. Requirements Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or related field. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, retail, or medical devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM). Ability to multitask, handle stress, and resolve issues calmly and effectively. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Can commit 5.5/6 days work week What We Offer Competitive salary package.
