Senior Executive, Partnerships & Business Development Position Type: Permanent This position is responsible for managing and executing the business development strategy. The key focus areas include bringing organized group sales to NERFAX and developing new growth areas to drive non-peak periods through partnerships and product development. It is crucial for the Senior Executive to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders, involving third parties outside the company and fostering internal cross-functional collaboration. The primary role is to manage the business in Singapore for NERF Action Xperience, with potential oversight of new sites as the organization expands and demonstrates proven performance. A Day in the Life: Manage and maximize conversion for inbound birthday party inquiries. Drive NERFAX League, in-house team building, and Corporate Pass sales. Handle sales data analysis, including enquiry conversions, closure rates, costs, group type distribution, and margins monthly. Oversee re-contracting of year-long promotions with partners to boost weekday sales and reach. Develop tactical campaigns with partners on a quarterly to bi-annual basis. Manage relationships to generate incremental corporate sales. Collaborate with partners to co-create programs targeting secondary segments. Identify unique segments through surveys, internal data, and other sources. Develop tactical and long-term products to serve new segments. Measure the success of these initiatives. Ensure all campaigns follow proper protocols from rollout to on-ground delivery and backend accounting. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Conduct service recovery as needed. Maintain open communication with all departments. Who We Are Looking For: At least a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles. Experience in partnership development is critical, such as collaborating with banks, developing deals with third-party resellers, or launching new products or campaigns with third parties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
